Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Air Quality Specialist to join our Environment & Health division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing industrial air emissions inventories, conducting meteorological processing and air dispersion modeling, and preparing air permit applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement industrial air emissions inventory development strategies
  • Conduct meteorological processing and air dispersion modeling to support air permit applications
  • Design and implement industrial ventilation and air pollution control systems
  • Conduct field measurements and assessments of industrial ventilation and emissions control systems
  • Contribute to proposal preparation, technical presentations, and client meetings

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering
  • Strong technical skills and excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong field skills and ability to manage technically complex projects
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to obtain or already have an Ontario P.Eng. designation
  • 4-8 years of experience in a related field, including proposal writing, report writing, project management, and client development skills
