Job Title: Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Truck Driver to join our team at Canada Cartage System LP. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and adjust routes to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions
  • Address customer complaints and concerns
  • Load and unload goods
  • Obtain necessary permits and documents for international routes
  • Inspect and maintain vehicle condition
  • Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections
  • Relay information to central dispatch
  • Transport and handle dangerous goods
Requirements:
  • AZ class license
  • Air Brake (Z) Endorsement
  • Commercial Vehicle Operator's Registration (CVOR) Certificate
  • FAST (Free and Secure Trade) Program
  • Valid passport
  • Basic security clearance
  • Bondable
  • Criminal record check
  • Driver's validity license check
  • Driving record check (abstract)
  • Drug test
Work Environment:

As a Truck Driver, you will be working on the road, transporting goods across various locations. You will be required to work independently and make decisions based on changing conditions.
