This role reports directly to the Director of Pharmacy Operations and is accountable for the accurate and timely receipt, preparation, and delivery of prescriptions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring sufficient inventory levels to meet patient requirements and providing counsel to patients with proper documentation.
  • Overseeing the recruitment and performance management of pharmacy staff.
  • Preparing, dispensing, and managing medications accurately and promptly for patients.
  • Maintaining adequate inventory levels of medications and over-the-counter supplements to fulfill patient needs.
  • Reviewing and analyzing budgeted sales and net contributions.
  • Monitoring and controlling costs across all levels within Loblaw Pharmacy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a valid Class A Pharmacists license.
  • Demonstrated ability to enhance business through community-focused marketing strategies.
  • Proficient personal computing skills; familiarity with Healthwatch and/or KROLL Pharmacy systems is advantageous.
