Job Summary

Zoe Logistics Company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and Processing
    • Receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality
    • Process and document all incoming and outgoing inventory
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods
    • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement
  • Warehouse Operations
    • Load and unload goods from trucks and other vehicles
    • Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move goods throughout the warehouse
    • Assist with packing and shipping orders
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role
  • Skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
