Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Tomato Basil. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and equipment to ensure that our kitchen is well-stocked and equipped to meet the demands of our business.
- Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we are operating within budget and meeting our quality standards.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Clean kitchen and work areas to ensure that they are safe and hygienic.
- Operational Management: Manage kitchen operations to ensure that they are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Physical Demands: The role requires handling heavy loads, standing for extended periods, and working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Work Schedule: The role is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week.
- Language: The primary language of communication is English.
