  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that all food meets quality control standards, including taste, texture, and presentation.
    • Monitor and maintain accurate records of food inventory, sales, and waste.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a positive experience.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and submit reports on food sales, inventory, and customer feedback.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • Safe Food Handling certificate.
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to stand for extended periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
Working Conditions

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The position requires the ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
