Cozen O'Connor Seeks Experienced Commercial Litigation Associate

Cozen O'Connor, a leading law firm with a strong presence in Vancouver, is seeking an experienced commercial litigation associate to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in complex commercial litigation, with a focus on white collar work and securities enforcement investigations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of complex commercial litigation cases, including discovery and case strategy
  • Conduct research and analysis to support litigation efforts
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of relevant law firm experience
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Strong writing and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is $140,000 CAD - $225,000, representing the firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, and location.

We are not working with search firms to fill this position.
