Your Role and Contributions:

• Lead negotiations and manage the commercial impact phases for contractual changes throughout program execution.
• Support the comprehensive execution of assigned accounts.
• Develop and monitor the detailed program schedule and milestones.
• Oversee program requirements, scope, and budget.
• Conduct ongoing risk management.
• Monitor and assist with Flight Test and aircraft modifications.
• Facilitate aircraft deliveries as necessary.
• Represent the organization to external clients.
• Maintain P&L oversight for assigned programs and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Achieve milestones punctually and within budget, with proactive risk assessment and contingency planning.
• Possess thorough knowledge of contractual obligations for assigned programs and ensure timely execution and compliance.
• Prepare and lead weekly program reviews, including internal executive and external customer reviews.
• Collaborate with internal resources and stakeholders such as engineering, contracts, finance, and logistics during program execution.
• Manage program performance using appropriate systems and techniques, establishing and monitoring key performance indicators.

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (or equivalent) is required;
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in program management or equivalent experience;
• A collaborative team player with initiative and exceptional communication skills;
• Proven customer-facing skills and experience are essential;
• Ability to negotiate effectively in alignment with business objectives;
• Proficient in time management and prioritizing tasks while meeting aggressive deadlines;
• Strong understanding of Bombardier's policies and processes;
• In-depth technical knowledge of aircraft, aircraft systems, and specialized mission equipment;
• Familiarity with CGR, ITAR, and prior experience in government and military flight operations is advantageous;
• Willingness to travel (post-Covid) and work extended hours as needed;
• Eligibility to view and handle CGR material and obtain a NATO Secret security clearance (as required).
