Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Career Development Facilitator to join our team at the CFDC of the North Okanagan. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the career development of individuals in our community.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver education and training programs to support career development and workforce readiness.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and guidance to clients to help them achieve their career goals.
  • Collaborate with community partners to identify training needs and develop relevant programs.
  • Conduct needs assessments and develop training plans to meet the needs of clients.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
