At YK TRUCK & TRAILER REPAIR LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled Billing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial transactions and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and develop our team members in financial duties and policies
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely financial reports
  • Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our financial transactions
  • Co-ordinate and assign work to team members, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as required
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure our equipment is in good working order
  • Co-ordinate activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Establish and maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
