ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Culinary Specialist at Arterra Wines Canada, you will be integral in enhancing the dining experience for our guests. Your contributions will help create memorable moments that pair beautifully with our exquisite wines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with a skilled team to prepare and serve daily meals and special events.
  • Ensure the delivery of fresh, high-quality dishes in a timely manner.
  • Perform daily opening, closing, and sanitation tasks as directed by the Head Chef; maintaining a clean and organized kitchen is vital for guest satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, and maintain a strong work ethic, both independently and as part of a team.
  • At least one year of experience in a culinary environment.
  • Food Safety and WHMIS certifications are advantageous, though training will be provided.
  • Physical capability to lift 40lbs, endure warm temperatures, and stand for extended periods.
  • Flexible availability for scheduling.
