Manage Emergency Situations

Dispatch personnel as required by emergency situations, prioritizing the safety and well-being of our customers and employees.

Schedule Assignments and Coordinate Activities

Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of tow truck operators, crews, and equipment to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.

Work Setting

Remote location, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Computer and Technology Knowledge

Proficient in dispatch management service software, mapping and data visualization software, monitoring and tracking software, word processing software, and electronic mail.

Service Experience

Previous experience in taxi, tow truck, or trucking services.

Security and Safety

Criminal record check and ability to maintain a safe and secure work environment.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and overtime required.

Personal Suitability

Excellent written communication, organized, and efficient interpersonal skills.

Experience

1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.

Language

English is the primary language of communication in this role.
