Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Server Assistant to join our premium hospitality team at Canucks Sports & Entertainment. As a Server Assistant, you will work alongside servers to ensure an exceptional premium experience for our guests in our in-arena restaurants and clubs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work alongside servers to ensure an exceptional premium experience for our guests
  • Clear tables and maintain immaculate eating and serving areas
  • Assist with guest experience questions
  • Work collaboratively as a member of a team, continuously interacting in a positive and professional manner
  • Other duties as required

Requirements

  • Must be at least 19 years of age
  • Completion of Serving it Right certificate
  • Must be able to work weeknights, weekends, and holidays with varying start times
  • Must be able to safely lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand during scheduled shift, withstand repetitive walking, reaching, and bending for long periods of time
  • Have an incredible ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high volume environment while maintaining a first-in-class hospitality and food and beverage experience
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • A strong understanding of and commitment to uphold our company values of discipline, respect, excellent, attitude, and mindset (DREAM)
  • Bussing experience is an asset
  • Non-Canadian residents must hold a valid work permit expiring no earlier than October 2025
