- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

- Calculate costs for truck repairs and necessary parts.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally.
- Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy.
- Load and unload cargo efficiently.
- Obtain necessary permits and documentation for international transport.
- Operate straight or articulated trucks to deliver goods.
- Inspect vehicle conditions including tires, lights, and brakes.
- Perform brake adjustments and emergency roadside repairs.
- Conduct pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections.
- Maintain vehicle through preventive maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with central dispatch.
- Document cargo information, service hours, distance traveled, and fuel usage.
- Ensure safety and security of cargo through proper tarping.
- Handle and transport dangerous goods when required.
- AZ class license
