Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and allocate tasks to sales team members to ensure optimal productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Order Merchandise: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise, maintaining a well-stocked sales floor.
  • Authorize Return of Merchandise: Process returns and exchanges efficiently, providing excellent customer service.
  • Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve Issues: Proactively address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Organize and Maintain Inventory: Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and motivate sales team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, reliable, and able to work effectively in a team.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
