About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Programmer to join our team at Creative Path Digital Imaging Inc. as a key member of our software development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to gather and document website requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs and expectations.
  • Design, develop, and test software code for various web applications, including e-commerce platforms and other Internet-based solutions.
  • Maintain and update existing computer programs, making modifications as required to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing clear explanations and solutions.
  • Source and organize relevant information for website development, including graphics, databases, animation, and other software.
  • Assist in the collection and documentation of user requirements, ensuring that all needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Develop and optimize content for websites using a variety of software tools and technologies.
  • Write, modify, integrate, and test software code for e-commerce and other Internet applications.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of computer and technology concepts, including OpenGL, Java, JavaScript, API, Git, and Python.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Excellent organizational, creativity, and accountability skills, with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering results.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
Working Conditions
  • 37.5 hours per week, with a permanent work term.
  • English language proficiency, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
