Job Summary

CEDA is seeking a Supervisor for our Chemical Cleaning team based in Edmonton, AB. This role will involve leading and motivating a team to deliver challenging projects. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong understanding of equipment and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor field operations and ongoing projects to ensure job completion in a safe, efficient, reliable, and cost-effective manner.
  • Supervise the safe operation of industrial cleaning equipment.
  • Attend scheduled supervisor and safety meetings, ensuring adherence to company health, safety, environmental standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Build productive and loyal relationships with clients by providing quality services, communicating job status regularly, and escalating issues to leadership.
  • Responsible for project scheduling and deployment across various client sites.
  • Provide guidance to new employees, ensuring they are well-informed, aligned, and accountable.
  • Leave the job site in better condition than when arrived, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and job completion.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience with a minimum of 2 years in an industry-related role.
  • Class 3 license with a clean driver's abstract is required.
  • Able to provide a negative result on a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
  • Experience in supervising a team of four or more individuals.
  • High-level communication and interpersonal skills.
