Heavy Duty Mechanic

At Recruit Without Borders, we're seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our team. As a Heavy Duty Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance on various construction equipment, vehicles, and engine equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, spark plug replacements, and greasing.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with construction equipment and vehicles.
- Conduct safety checks on equipment and vehicles to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Document maintenance work accurately and keep records up-to-date.
- Minimum of five years of experience in a related field.
- Clean driver's abstract an asset.
- Air Brakes certification or ability to obtain certification an asset.
- Red Seal certification or ability to obtain certification an asset.
- Competitive hourly rate of $38.75 to $42.00 based on qualifications.
- Potential bonus of up to 15% of annual salary.
- Group benefits after 3-months of employment, including extended health.
- Seasonal employment with a minimum of 32 hours per week.
At least intermediate oral English is required. The job location is De Winton AB, but you will be required to work in various locations in the Calgary area.
