Position Overview

The Food Services Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our culinary team at Spicy Time Fine Indian Cuisine. This position requires a strong leader who can manage staff effectively while maintaining high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar role or equivalent experience
Work Environment

This role is set within a dynamic restaurant atmosphere, requiring the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order and manage food and kitchen supplies
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff responsible for food preparation and portioning
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, hygiene, and safety protocols
  • Calculate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food quality and service adhere to established standards
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste
  • Possess knowledge of various culinary styles relevant to the establishment
  • Develop and manage work schedules for kitchen staff
