Job Summary

The Intermediate Software Developer is a key member of our development team, responsible for delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions. This role requires a growth mindset, with a focus on learning and improving skills to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaboration and Delivery

Partner with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver software solutions that meet business requirements. Utilize agile methodologies, such as Scrum, to drive collaboration and continuous improvement.

Software Development

Develop software that adheres to our design guidelines, coding standards, and security policies. Ensure that software is testable, maintainable, and scalable, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Technical Expertise

Develop and maintain expertise in C#/.NET core/.NET 8, MS SQL Server, and cloud-based SaaS applications. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement.

Security and Compliance

Ensure that software development aligns with corporate security policies and information security guidelines. Collaborate with the information security function to protect company assets and information systems from undue risk.

Education and Experience

2+ years of software development experience, with a strong background in C#/.NET core/.NET 8, MS SQL Server, and cloud-based SaaS applications. An education in Computer Science or a related field is considered an asset.
