About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Nail Care Technician to join our team at City Nails. As a Nail Care Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nail care services to our clients, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements
  • Make custom designs for clients using various nail art techniques
  • Provide general information to customers on beauty products and services
  • Clean, trim, and polish nails to the highest standard
  • Provide gel and acrylic nail extensions, ensuring a perfect finish
  • Maintain and build a loyal client base through excellent customer service
  • Perform cashiering duties and schedule appointments
  • Provide product demonstrations and recommendations to clients
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide an exceptional customer experience
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in the beauty industry
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of beauty products and services
