Grounds Maintenance Labourer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Labourer to join our team at Mount Revelstoke Alpine Chalets Inc. As a Maintenance Labourer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our grounds and facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and Maintain Grounds: Sweep debris and remove snow from streets, sidewalks, building grounds, and other areas, and load snow and debris into carts or trucks.
- Snow and Ice Control: Spread sand or salt on sidewalks for snow or ice control.
- Equipment Maintenance: Assist equipment operators to secure attachments to equipment or truck, and assist in routine maintenance and repair of equipment.
- Problem-Solving: Investigate problems to fix or make minor repair.
This is an outdoor role that requires working in various weather conditions. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of our grounds maintenance activities.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Language: English.
- Free Parking: Available on site.
- Work Term: Seasonal.
- Hours: 10 to 30 hours per week.
