Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Dining Room Server to join our team at Letto's Enterprises Ltd. As a Dining Room Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff in a timely manner.
    • Present menus and make recommendations to guests.
    • Serve food and beverages in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Table Management
    • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs in a timely manner.
    • Manage table assignments and ensure efficient table turnover.
  • Teamwork
    • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
    • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure guest needs are met.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Environment
    • Restaurant environment with fast-paced atmosphere.
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to stand for extended periods.
    • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a team environment.
    • Flexibility and adaptability.
