Position Overview

As a Warehouse Associate, your primary responsibilities will include the handling of packages, which involves loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting, and storing items. You will be required to operate heavy machinery in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Additional tasks may be assigned as necessary to support the operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and implement package processing techniques
  • Efficiently load and unload packages in trailers or delivery vehicles

Compensation and Benefits

  • Starting hourly wage: $15.55/hour + $2.95/hour bonus
  • Maximum hourly rate: $25.81/hour (subject to a 48-month progression plan)
  • Average work schedule of 5 hours per day
  • Tuition reimbursement available (up to $3000) *conditions apply
  • Overtime opportunities after 5 hours of work

Qualifications

  • Capability to lift weights up to 70 lbs/32 kg
  • Ability to read and memorize postal codes
  • Flexible availability for up to 5 days per week

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 5:30 pm to 10:00 pm (flexible)
