Position Overview

As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our retail establishment, ensuring a seamless experience for both customers and staff.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Work Environment
  • Our work environment is non-smoking and air-conditioned, providing a comfortable setting for both employees and customers.
Work Setting
  • Engage in a variety of retail settings including service establishments, gas bars, and fast food outlets.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and guide a team of staff, including apprentices and sales personnel.
  • Delegate tasks and assign duties to sales associates.
  • Participate in the hiring process and facilitate training for new employees.
  • Manage financial transactions, including authorizing payments and returns.
  • Oversee inventory management and order merchandise as needed.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on sales performance and personnel matters.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain issues.
  • Organize work schedules to optimize staff efficiency.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service while selling merchandise.
Supervisory Scope

You will be responsible for supervising a team of approximately 5-10 individuals, including cashiers and retail sales staff.

Experience Requirements

  • This is a permanent position with a standard work schedule of 37.5 hours per week.
