Job Summary

MGR Workforce is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Laborer to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our facility.

Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks with incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate inventory tracking and timely delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Sort, organize, and store inventory in a manner that maximizes space efficiency and minimizes errors.
  • Inventory Tracking: Monitor inventory levels, identify discrepancies, and report any issues to management in a timely manner.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to facilitate efficient workflow.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient workflow, share knowledge, and support each other in achieving common goals.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate inventory tracking and efficient workflow.
  • Math Skills: Basic math skills for inventory tracking and counting.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Safety: Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Forklift Certification: Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
