We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Trainer to join our expanding team at Amazon Canada Fulfillment Services, ULC - B85. As a Learning Trainer, you will play a critical role in delivering strong operations results within our fulfillment centers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Learning Trainers will communicate instructions to other associates, motivate them, and maintain a safe work environment.
- Production duties may include pick/pack orders, receiving/stowing product, ensuring inventory accuracy, and unloading/loading trucks.
- At least 18 years old.
- Able to work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required.
- Able to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
- 2+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
- A relaxed, casual dress code (as long as your attire meets our safety requirements).
- A safe work environment, with a focus on recognizing others for working safely.
- The opportunity to work in a dynamic, customer-centric environment.
