We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Ponderosa Motor Inn. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Housekeeping Activities

Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Inspect and Maintain High Standards

Conduct regular inspections of hotel rooms and public areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.

Manage Housekeeping Staff

Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

Coordinate with Other Departments

Work closely with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.

Requirements
  • Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or supervisory role.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Language

Fluent in English.
