Job Title: Inside Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Associate to join our team at FASTSIGNS #530201. As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be the initial contact with current customers as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center.

Responsibilities:
  • Sell consultatively and make recommendations to prospects and clients using various products and Brand Standards
  • Develop and maintain a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, direct mail, and email
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from telephone, marketing, and email activity
  • Prepare estimates and establish/maintain estimate follow-up procedures
  • Communicate with customers on order status and changes in the production schedule
  • Maintain an attractive retail environment (clean, organized, and functional)
  • Help as needed with reports, close-out, invoices, and required paperwork
  • Identify and resolve customer satisfaction issues
  • Perform other duties as needed, such as answering the phone, helping at the front counter, consulting with customers, etc.
Qualifications:
  • College diploma or equivalent level of education required
  • At least three years in retail or inside sales with excellent customer service experience
  • Proven record of consistently hitting/exceeding sales targets or quotas
  • Able to perform cold calls to secure new business for the center
  • Experience resolving customer satisfaction issues
  • Experience working under pressure with multiple tasks/projects
  • Proficient computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate math skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Salary: Commensurate with experience. Range from $46,000.00 to $55,000
  • Bonus: Up to 15% of the annual salary. 50% of the bonus will be based on monthly overall sales for the company and remaining will based on individual performance
