About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to join our team at June's Precision Cleaning. As a key member of our cleaning crew, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Customer Service: Provide basic information on facilities, address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Housekeeping and Organization: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, wash windows, walls, and ceilings, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in cleaning or a related field.
  • Certifications: Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to work independently, work under pressure, repetitive tasks, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, walking, and walking.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Personal Qualities: Punctuality, client focus, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, values and ethics, patience, and honesty.
