We purchase these items directly from our nonprofit partners, redirecting billions of pounds of used items away from landfills and onto our store racks and shelves for reuse.

Job Summary
We are hiring for Merchandise Processing Associates to create an awesome experience for our customers, donors, and other team members. As a Merchandise Processing Associate, you will be responsible for processing merchandise, creating an engaging customer experience, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals.
Responsibilities
- Process merchandise in a timely and efficient manner
- Create an engaging customer experience through excellent customer service
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
