Production Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to lead our assembly operations team at TruNorth Composites Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality and productivity, and providing technical guidance to team members.
Key Responsibilities- Resolve work-related problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
- Establish and manage work schedules to meet production targets
- Train or arrange for training to enhance team members' skills and knowledge
- Oversee the safety of operations and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of team members, providing guidance and feedback as required
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Physical ability to handle heavy loads and work in a manufacturing setting
The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment, with regular exposure to heavy machinery and equipment. The position requires the ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
