About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Canucks Drywall Ltd. as a Construction Helper.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload construction materials from vehicles and equipment.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by removing debris, rubble, and other obstacles.
  • Material Handling: Transport and store construction materials, such as concrete and asphalt, in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Assisting Tradespeople: Provide support to drywall installers and other tradespeople by assisting with tasks such as mixing and pouring materials.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work environment by cleaning and piling salvaged materials.
  • Work Term and Hours: This is a permanent position with 32 hours of work per week.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Will train on the job.
