We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at ParaMed Home Health Care. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services to individuals in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to improve mobility and function.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Provide evidence-based physiotherapy interventions, including exercises, modalities, and education, to promote patient independence and well-being.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and share best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and good standing.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel to patient homes.
