**Position Overview:**
As a Detailer and Lot Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our vehicles are presented in pristine condition and that our lot remains organized and efficient. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• **Vehicle Detailing:** Thoroughly clean, polish, and detail vehicles to ensure they meet our high-quality standards. This includes washing, waxing, vacuuming, and interior cleaning.
• **Lot Maintenance:** Organize and manage the vehicle lot, ensuring vehicles are properly parked and displayed. Monitor and maintain the overall cleanliness and orderliness of the lot.
• **Customer Service:** Assist customers with their vehicle-related needs, provide information about available services, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• **Inventory Management:** Keep track of detailing supplies and report any inventory needs or discrepancies.
• **Safety and Compliance:** Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies while performing duties. Ensure all vehicles are handled with care.
**Qualifications:**
• **Experience:** Previous experience in vehicle detailing or a similar role is preferred but not required.
• **Skills:** Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• **Physical Requirements:** Ability to lift and carry heavy items, stand for extended periods, and work in varying weather conditions.
• **Communication:** Effective verbal communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• **License:** A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
