In this role, you will:

  • Oversee Document Management: Direct the processes of document preparation and certification for the Corporate Banking Operations portfolio. Ensure all documentation is valid and compliant with the Bank's policies to facilitate new account products, services, and loan setups. This includes managing complex cases and liaising with internal and external partners.
  • Lead and Develop Teams: Provide leadership and support to Specialists and Service Officers. Take charge of planning and coaching to ensure the effective delivery of all managed programs. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the team.
  • Ensure Compliance and Security: Uphold strict adherence to security and control measures regarding customer information and data. Follow all compliance policies, including Privacy and Anti-Money Laundering regulations, while ensuring proper client authentication.
  • Adapt to Operational Challenges: Adjust priorities as necessary to address resource and operational challenges effectively.
  • Enhance Client Relationships: Promote a client-focused culture within your team to strengthen client relationships and leverage broader banking resources. Ensure exceptional service delivery and resolve escalated client inquiries promptly.
  • Build a High-Performance Environment: Implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent within your team. Foster an inclusive workplace that communicates the vision and values of the organization.

Do you possess the skills necessary for success in this role? We would be eager to collaborate with you if you have:

  • Post-secondary education or a minimum of two years of relevant experience in Financial Services or a related field.
  • Knowledge of business credit and accounts as it pertains to policies, products, and documentation.
  • Experience in setting up and executing corporate accounts and loan funding.
  • Strong customer service skills, including a proven ability to drive change.
  • Understanding of credit agreements and commitment letters.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Work Arrangement: This position is currently based in a standard office environment, subject to change based on business needs.
