Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our Governance, Risk, HR, and Enterprise Technology partners to develop and implement our Provisioning & Identity Management strategy.
  • Translate business, application, and security requirements into technical specifications, ensuring seamless integration with our SailPoint platform.
  • Design and engineer enterprise-level architecture to meet our requirements, leveraging your expertise in SailPoint and affiliated technologies.
  • Provide technical consultation to application owners on best practices and standardization when integrating with SailPoint.
  • Ensure successful execution of our engineering projects and solutions, working closely with operations, information security, architecture, and project managers.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot complex issues, providing in-depth support to our teams.
  • Work with vendors to resolve application, software, and hardware issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting guides.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience in implementing, administering, configuring, and supporting SailPoint and related technologies.
  • Strong understanding of user life cycle, RBAC policies, enterprise roles, rules, lifecycle events, and provisioning workflows.
  • Experience integrating SailPoint with HR systems, enterprise infrastructure platforms, and other technologies.
  • Strong programming skills in Java, BeanShell, JSP/Servlets, PERL, Unix Shell scripts, Batch, Powershell, VB Script, SQL, PL/SQL, and other languages.
  • Knowledge of multiple operating systems, web technologies, directory integration, automation, and scripting skills.
  • 5+ years of experience in SailPoint implementation, administration, configuration, and support.
  • 10+ years of technical experience working with multiple 3rd party IAM solutions in a fast-paced global environment.
