Job Title: Employment Services Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Employment Services Officer to join our team at Kopar Administration Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing employment services to clients, including job search assistance, resume development, and interview preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interview clients to gather employment history, educational background, and career goals
  • Assess clients' barriers to employment and develop strategies to overcome them
  • Provide job search assistance, including resume development and interview preparation
  • Administer and interpret tests to determine clients' interests, aptitudes, and abilities
  • Collect labour market information to provide clients with job openings, entry requirements, and other occupational information
  • Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, or symposia
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • Or equivalent experience
  • MS Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Database software skills
  • Criminal record check and vulnerable sector check
  • Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
