On Side Restoration is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of disaster recovery and restoration projects, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with insurance adjusters to facilitate a smooth experience for policyholders.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure high standards are met.
  • Manage and direct restoration staff in a supportive team environment during disaster remediation efforts, cleaning and packing, rebuilding, and project completion.
  • Assess damage and determine the scope of work required.
  • Provide superior customer service interactions with property owners, businesses, and families.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of project management experience in the restoration industry.
  • Experience with Xactimate.
  • Strong passion for customer service with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual.
  • Open to working after hours and on weekends.
  • Problem-solving and priority management skills.
  • Computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Clean criminal record.

  • Will to travel within Canada to support cross-region teammates.
