Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Overnight Lead to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of associates to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our store during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in providing direction and coordination of overnight stocking operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assess the overall presentation of merchandise and appearance of the store, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure that defective merchandise is properly handled and removed from the sales floor.
  • Take responsibility for store safety and security during overnight hours, managing any incidents that may occur.
  • Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
  • Participate in the training and development of overnight associates to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Age 18 or older
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a retail operations or management role
Work Environment

This role is based in our Langford store location, where you will work closely with our store management team to achieve our business objectives.
