Position Overview

Educational Requirements

Work Environment

This position is primarily focused on commercial and industrial construction, providing a dynamic and fast-paced work atmosphere.

Financial Oversight

You will be responsible for managing project budgets ranging from $100,001 to $500,000.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present detailed budget estimates for construction projects.
  • Develop and maintain construction schedules, ensuring milestones are met.
  • Draft contracts and negotiate necessary changes or additions.
  • Implement quality control policies and procedures.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and land.
  • Establish and execute quality assurance programs.
  • Direct daily operations, ensuring effective management of resources.
Team Leadership

You will supervise a team of 5-10 individuals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in the following software is essential:
