About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Representative to join our team at Elegant Apparel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate cash registers and process sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide expert advice on merchandise, including product features, benefits, and recommendations
  • Assist in visual merchandising and display of products to create an engaging shopping experience
  • Maintain accurate sales records and inventory levels to inform purchasing decisions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and loyalty
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of retail sales experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs
