The Role
We're currently hiring Hosts at our Victoria Harbour location in British Columbia. As a Host, you'll be part of our mission to create a memorable experience for our guests. You'll be responsible for ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with our team to deliver an outstanding experience.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a social, lively, and energetic individual who is confident, witty, and funny. You'll be a team player, collaborative, and attentive, with a positive, approachable, and charismatic personality. You'll be stylish, trendy, and presentable, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
What You'll Do
As a Host, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Working collaboratively with our team to deliver an outstanding experience
- Managing reservations, seating, and table assignments
- Assisting with food and beverage orders, and ensuring timely delivery
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
