Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Student Advocacy Counselor to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting students' academic and personal development.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support to students to help them overcome academic and personal challenges
• Develop and implement strategies to promote student engagement and motivation
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure students receive comprehensive support
• Conduct regular progress monitoring and assessments to inform instruction

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents
