Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Northern Health Authority. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality respiratory care to patients with a variety of illnesses and diseases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat patients with respiratory conditions, using technical and therapeutic interventions as needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting self-care and independence.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting excellence in patient care.
Requirements
  • Graduation from a recognized Respiratory Therapy program.
  • Current certification with the Canadian Society of Respiratory Therapists (CSRT) and eligibility for registration with the British Columbia Society of Respiratory Therapists (BCSRT).
  • Valid BC Driver's License, as required for the specific practice area.
