About the Role

SOTI Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with Enterprise customers, providing technical expertise and support to ensure their success with our mobile device management solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of SOTI's mobile device management solutions and their applications in Enterprise environments.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to Enterprise customers, including onboarding, product training, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication with customers.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to understand their needs and provide recommendations for improving their mobile device management strategies.
  • Develop and maintain business profiles for Enterprise customers, including network diagrams, configuration details, and business use cases.
  • Contribute to the creation of webinars and other training materials to benefit Premium and Enterprise customers.
  • Participate in discovery calls with customers to deliver paid work orders or free professional services hours.
  • Hold requirement gathering sessions with customers and provide feedback to the back-end software development team to assist in product fixes, enhancements, and new feature development.
  • Accurately document all initial and sign-off communication to organize work orders and record progress against delivery of service.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base documents to support the services delivered by SOTI Enterprise and Professional Services.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in advanced technical positions, including implementation specialist, technical support, and solutions architect roles.
  • Strong interest in mobility and solid understanding of leading and emerging mobile technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, problem-resolution, and analytical skills.
  • Able to comprehend and explain complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
  • Solid communication skills and ability to build and manage relationships with large enterprises.
  • Experience in technical documentation and ability to multitask and balance competing requirements.
  • Ability to train a variety of audiences on the use of SOTI software.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills and fluency in any other languages is a plus.
  • Proactive and able to work with minimal direct supervision.
  • Robust understanding of networking concepts and principles, including TCP/IP, certificates, SSL/TLS, firewalls, and routing.
  • Windows Server administration experience, including LDAP/AD, services, and troubleshooting.
