About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team at A&W. As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and lead your team to do the same.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of your team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure that every guest has a positive experience by responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, scheduling, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Training and Development: Provide guidance and support to your team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role, with a strong track record of success in managing teams and achieving results.
