Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Logistics Supervisor to oversee the operational logistics of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting reports, arranging for maintenance and repair work, and resolving work problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be carried out, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal equipment performance.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Recruit and hire staff, ensuring the right skills and experience are in place to meet business needs.
  • Train workers in duties and policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Arrange training for staff, ensuring they have the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to help staff improve their performance.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
Work Environment

40 hours per week, permanent position.

Work Language: English.
