We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at TLN Construction Ltd. as a key member of our operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and clean surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
- Repair cracks and holes in walls and ceilings to create a seamless surface.
- Mix and apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.
- Estimate costs and materials for painting projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Erect scaffolding and swing stages, and attach rigging to ensure safe access to high areas.
- Advise clients on color choices and wall coverings, providing expert recommendations.
- 1-2 years of experience in painting and surface finishing.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials.
- Experience with airless spray equipment, brush painting, and conventional spray painting.
- Knowledge of surface preparation techniques, including drywall taping and patching.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
