Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans that identify specific marketing and market insight initiatives to support business growth and achieve corporate marketing objectives.
  • Research and analyze market data and trends to inform marketing decisions.
  • Support the development and implementation of our digital communications strategy, including social media and website platforms.
  • Translate, write, edit, and advise on promotional components to reinforce our brand story for customers.
  • Manage and maintain a resource library of detailed documents for proposals and sales initiatives.
  • Provide strategic counsel on business unit marketing requests and support the implementation of marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with our Graphic Designer to produce marketing materials, ensuring alignment with branding standards and corporate messaging.
  • Manage tradeshow and conference participation, providing marketing and logistical support to ensure successful return on investment.
  • Take a lead role in major company events, both internal and external.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to develop collateral and messaging to inform and educate customers on our services and facilities.
  • Manage photoshoots for marketing purposes, including working with photographers and maintaining an up-to-date inventory of photo assets.

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations, with ten or more years of relevant experience.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing principles and experience working with Google Ads.
  • Ability to travel to field locations to provide marketing support.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with an understanding of multimedia and visual communications.
  • Background in the energy sector or other B2B sector, with knowledge of energy sector dynamics and trends.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within teams.
  • Experience with various social media platforms and best practices.
  • Excellent communicator, with the ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders and build productive relationships.
